Nighat Bhola BEM is an accomplished entrepreneur and community leader recognised for her work addressing food insecurity and supporting vulnerable communities. She has led initiatives that prioritise dignity, inclusion, and community empowerment, and was awarded the British Empire Medal for her services to the community.
At ELVA Global, Nighat provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and deep expertise in community engagement, bringing the values of compassion and resilience to everything the organisation does.

Ambreen Kazim is a social impact advocate, development professional, and storyteller committed to empowering individuals and amplifying voices that are often unheard. With a background in social sciences and frontline work supporting people experiencing homelessness and hardship, Ambreen brings a powerful perspective on leadership rooted in compassion and resilience.
