Nighat Bhola BEM is an accomplished entrepreneur and community leader recognised for her work addressing food insecurity and supporting vulnerable communities. She has led initiatives that prioritise dignity, inclusion, and community empowerment, and was awarded the British Empire Medal for her services to the community.

Ambreen Bonnet

Ambreen Bonnet is a social impact advocate, development professional, and NLP Master Practitioner with a career dedicated to empowering individuals and elevating voices that too often go unheard.
Ambreen holds a background in social sciences and brings extensive frontline experience supporting individuals facing homelessness, hardship, and complex life circumstances — work recognised through her achievement as an award-winning Support Worker. This experience has shaped a leadership approach grounded in compassion, resilience, and meaningful, evidence-based action.
In addition to her professional practice, Ambreen is a published author and spoken-word poet, whose writing explores identity, resilience, and healing. She approaches storytelling as a strategic tool for connection and social change — an approach that underpins her broader leadership philosophy.
In her role at ELVA Global, Ambreen's expertise informs the organisation's full portfolio of courses, initiatives, and community partnerships.
